enaR
is an R function library for analyzing (ecosystem)
network models. It helps you apply algorithms developed for
Ecosystem Network Analysis to better understand the
structure, function, and behavior of ecosystems. enaR was designed to
bring together the many algorithms for ENA, including those developed by
the Patten
and Ulanowicz schools of
analyses, and better connect them to the rapidly developing tools and
analyses for network science (such as the R packages like statnet and iGraph). ENA has potential applications for
network science beyond ecosystems, and we are excited to see your
applications and future development of this tool.
